Once a design is agreed upon, we require a one third minimum deposit to schedule a custom free standing or on-site stump carving. Depending on size, wood type, and detail, our custom order turn around time is generally four to six weeks. All custom orders are expected to be picked up within 30 days of completion unless other terms have been agreed upon at the time of placing order.
